Regression (Curve Fitting) Project
The purpose of Regression is to construct a rule or formula that "best" explains the observed data.  In general, we try to find a relationship that "fits" most of the data. In this project, you will use a Google Image search to find photographs of 6 different mathematical curves which you find in the world around you.  You will use these photos and your TI-84 calculator to find the regression curve that fits each of the models found within your photos.  This project will give you the opportunity to explore a simple introduction to Regression (Curve Fitting).
