Concept Checks Using Go Formative

Concept Checks will only be available during the class period that the Concept Check is being given.
All Concept Checks must be submitted by the end of the allotted time period. Concept Checks should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
It is expected that all students will complete their own work. Opening other web pages, using Google, opening other documents containing notes, or messaging other students is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Students found participating in any of these activities or any other activity related to "cheating" will receive a "0" on the Concept Check.
Your User Name is your first initial last name.
Your Lunch Number will be your Password.
